I have photographed this Amish farm many times, but I think this is my favorite shot. The shadows cast on the old white barn are exquisite, especially with the first young leaves on the tree.
Wherever I am, whatever I see ... This is what determines my photographic subjects. But I don't take pictures of things. Photography is about capturing an impression. What is the form that caught my eye? How does light play into the image? How does this make me feel?
