Artist's Description
This is an outbuilding, perhaps formerly a small house, on what is now an Amish farm in Chester County, Pennsylvania. I was there with an Amish friend at a private auction. As it was snowing, I was given permission to photograph the farm, but not any people. This charming little structure is not visible from the road. It reminds me (and others) of an Andrew Wyeth painting. "Chester County in Snow" is featured in my book, Windows & Doors: A Photo Album, available on Amazon.
