I crawled around on my front lawn to capture this lovely backlit Crocus in early spring. As difficult as I've found Crocus to photograph, I was very happy with this one, with a touch of bokeh in the background.
Wherever I am, whatever I see ... This is what determines my photographic subjects. But I don't take pictures of things. Photography is about capturing an impression. What is the form that caught my eye? How does light play into the image? How does this make me feel?
